Following the success of our first Disability Equality Survey in 2023, we’re pleased to launch the second edition, which is available below and has also been emailed directly to supporters.
If you are a disabled person and/or a supporter who requires support to access the stadium or any of our other services or facilities, we encourage you to check your emails and take a few minutes to complete the survey or click on the link below.
The survey looks at accessibility across all facilities and club services, helping us identify and remove physical, informational, and attitudinal barriers to ensure everyone can enjoy their Rangers experience.
The feedback from our 2023 survey has already helped us make positive changes for example:
Expanded accessibility information available on the official club website, including detailed guidance on matchday access, sensory support, and facilities.
Introduced Disability Awareness sessions for front-facing staff and stewards to promote inclusion and understanding.
Signage to identify the accessible entrance at each stand
This year’s survey will allow us to measure our progress, identify remaining challenges, and plan improvements across every part of the club.
