RANGERS Football Club are delighted to confirm the signing of Lisa Martinez, subject to international clearance.
Martinez returns to the club for a second spell having been a part of the first professional Rangers squad, joining initially in September 2019 on loan from Montpellier.
The defender becomes Rangers’ sixth signing of the summer as Malky Thomson’s side prepare for the start of the SWPL season this Sunday.
On signing for the club, Martinez said: "I am happy to be back here, I feel like I never left Scotland and the team and I have had a very good welcome.
"It is easy to come back because I know the country, and I love this country, I know the staff and the women's players - I am excited to start this season."
Head coach Malky Thomson added: "It is fantastic to welcome Lisa back to the club, having worked with her previously we know the qualities she can bring to the squad and I’m looking forward to working with her again."
