RANGERS contested a behind-closed-doors friendly against Partick Thistle at the Rangers Training Centre this afternoon.
Preparations on the pitch ramped up for Leanne Crichton’s side with their first pre-season outing, having returned to training on June 30.
It was a productive afternoon’s work for the Gers, with summer signings Gry Boe Thrysøe, Mijke Roelfsema, Hannah Blake, Kirsty Smith and Bailley Collins all getting their first minutes in blue as they continue to settle into the squad nicely following their recent arrivals.
The Light Blues will continue to step up preparations over the coming weeks before the competitive action starts with the team’s Women’s Champions League second round qualifier against SK Slavia Praha to come on Wednesday, August 1.
