The Rangers B recent signing spoke exclusively to RangersTV after the young Gers’ winning performance against Gretna this afternoon.
The midfielder expressed his delight after collecting three points at Dumbarton Stadium this afternoon but highlighted how the squad must continue to learn.
He said “We were disappointed in the first half even though we came out of it 3-1. I think we could’ve been better and a lot sharper to kill the game earlier.
“In the first half we allowed them to be in the game, but we must be pleased with that second half performance.
“It is a pleasing [team performance] especially off the back of three games on the bounce. We played well and got the job done in the end, but we just have to be pleased with how we played in the second half.”
The 19-year-old underlined how he feels his transition into Scottish football after playing a few Lowland League games. He added: “I’ve coped with it well so far and I think it’s a good challenge playing against men, especially midweek when we played against Dumbarton."
“I think everyone is just enjoying the challenge and I think we’re thriving under it to be honest. We definitely enjoy it [fixture list] because we just want to play games all the time, so when you get the opportunity to play, we just love it.”
