A double from Youssef Chermiti and a strike from Mikey Moore completed the turnaround for the Light Blues in a crucial Scottish Premiership victory.
Speaking to RangersTV at full-time, he said: “Big respect to my players, it was an outstanding performance in the second-half.
"We played like a Rangers team of the future and hopefully we will see this more and more.
“At half-time, we changed one position, with Thelo coming out because of the yellow card for Dio and changed how we pressed. We were more organised and from the first minute you felt we were back in it.
“It was outstanding from my group today, they deserve it but the most important thing is we continue in the next game.
"If we do not deliver on Tuesday, then again this means just three points, not more and if we continue in this way then we have a good feeling.”
On the team performance, he said: “Youssef’s goals were two different kinds of goals, all these things you want to see from a centre forward, but in the second-half it was a great team performance.
“There was a great reaction from Dio, it was not easy to not have him in the team today, it was a close decision but in the end he delivered like this.
“There are still things to improve, we need to avoid having a first-half like that, but now we feel we can turn things around, and this is a good feeling for the spirit as well.”
