With a 3-0 advantage from last weekend’s game at Ibrox, the head coach insists there’s no time to ease off as they look to progress to the play-off round.
Speaking to the media at this evening’s pre-match press conference in Pilsen, Martin was asked about a possible fast start from tomorrow’s hosts as they look for a route back into the tie.
He said: "Goals change ties and games, but we have got to start the game well ourselves. I don’t think we would expect anything less from Plzen, they have nothing to lose so they can approach it in that way, but we are ready for that.
"If we have a setback in the game, which is not part of the plan, we have to respond to it. We did that against Panathinaikos, and I enjoyed the way we responded to going down to 10 men on Saturday.

"I really commend the players for showing togetherness and it is important that they keep growing, keep building and that is the spirit we have to show, but the plan is not to have a tough start. We have to be ready for everything, especially if there are a few tough moments or whatever then we have to respond properly."
When asked if he thought having such a strong advantage would have an impact on his team and the performance tomorrow night, he continued: “We play for a football club where you can't ease off, we are going to have a sold out away end and it is a big night for us after being a bit disappointed on Saturday with a few things in the performance.”
"It is my job to not come off the players one bit, at any point, even when they are getting it to flow and it starts looking brilliant which I am convinced it will be at some point. It is my job to make sure we stay on them all the time to keep growing and tomorrow night is just a part of that.
