The Gers came away from Edinburgh with all three points after a convincing 6-0 victory in the Capital.
Speaking to RangersTV at full-time, she said: “I think the girls came out and showed professionalism, we played really well as a team and we were relentless.
“We showed everything we have been working on in training and we got the result we wanted plus the goals.
“From the start of the game we wanted to take control, move it quickly and play one-two passes and we did that throughout the game.”
Kerr opened the scoring after just five minutes of the match with her first goal for the club before netting again in the second-half.
She added: “I don't score often so it was really good to actually score. I just hit it with my left foot and went in.
“I don't know what has happened to me, I've scored two today but I am really pleased with it.
“I have been practising a lot in training on late runs into the box and headers so I'm glad it has paid off.”
With a number of changes in the second-half, Kerr says it shows the quality in the squad as the substitutes slotted into the game.
She continued: “I think it shows how fit we are as a team, in the last 20 minutes we can still go 100 per cent like we can in the first five.
“All the subs that came on bring as much as the starting eleven do so it is good to see that we have such depth and quality within the squad to keep it going for 90 minutes.
“Hopefully we can continue our momentum into the next games coming up.”
