FOLLOWING our recent communications to shareholders regarding the proposed share issue, we are pleased to provide the following update on the progress of the fundraising process.
Resolutions Passed
We are pleased to confirm that the required shareholder approvals have been obtained for both resolutions to pass. We are grateful to all shareholders who participated in that process.
Participation Requests
The 17 April deadline for shareholders to submit their participation details has also now passed. We are currently collating all requests received within the deadline which were accompanied by the required information. Once that process is complete, we will seek board approval for the final allocation of shares.
We will write to each participating shareholder in due course to confirm the number of shares allocated, the total subscription amount payable, and the relevant payment instructions and deadline.
Queries
We have received a significant volume of correspondence in connection with the share issue and are grateful for the continued interest and support shown by our shareholders.
