Face Coverings
Please note that the wearing of face coverings is required by law in all areas of our stadium - help us to keep everyone safe and keep your face covering on at all times.
Physical Distancing
In the interests of everyone’s safety please observe the physical distancing requirements at all times. Please remain in your social groups and adhere to the advice of stewards and covid marshals’. There is sufficient room to move in your row to ensure no one is sitting directly behind you or directly in front of you. This is for the consideration and safety of your fellow supporters.
Hand sanitiser
Please note that hand sanitiser is available throughout the Stadium - we encourage you to use it whenever possible.
Concourses
Due to the pandemic, our concourses are closed except for the use of the toilets. Please remain in your seat at all times and note that whilst there can be no controlled containers within the Stadium. The club allows cartons and pouches of liquid which can be consumed on the seating deck.
If you require to use the toilet, please respect the physical distancing and queue management measures that are in place.
One-way systems
Please note that the passageways in the seating areas and the toilets are one way systems, adhere to the directional signage and guidance of the stewards and covid marshals.
Stadium Access
Please arrive in the time window indicated in your ticket confirmation email. Supporters can gain access using the QR code in the ticketing confirmation email. This can be scanned from your smartphone or printed off and presented at the ticket scanner.
Public Transport
Please note that on Sunday evening, the subway system closes at 6pm. Please plan alternative travel arrangements.
