Oscar Cortes misses out having picked up a muscle injury, while Borna Barisic, Tom Lawrence and Fabio Silva are on the bench.
That means Rangers start at Ibrox with Jack Butland between the sticks, behind a back four of James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, John Souttar and Ridvan.
John Lundstram and Mohamed Diomande are joined in midfield by Nico Raskin, while Clement opts for Cyriel Dessers in attack this afternoon, with support from Dujon Sterling and Ross McCausland.
