Team News: Five Changes For Dalbeattie Star

DAVID McCALLUM has named five changes to his Rangers B side for this afternoon’s Lowland League clash against Dalbeattie Star at Dumbarton Stadium.

The Light Blues returned to winning ways with a positive performance and victory over Civil Service Strollers in midweek, with Jacob Pazikas, Mackenzie Strachan, Charlie Lindsay, Connor Allan and Connor Young coming into today’s starting lineup from Tuesday evening’s triumph.

It means Pazikas makes his fourth league start between the sticks this season, supplementing a backline of Jack Harkness, Lewis MacKinnon, Johnly Yfeko and captain Robbie Fraser.

Strachan will anchor the midfield as he replaces Bailey Rice, with Lindsay and Allan also restored to the side in place of Charlie McCann and Alex Lowry in the centre of the pitch.

In attack, Robbie Ure leads the line once again, with Arron Lyall and Young making up a dynamic forward trio.

There is a place on the substitutes bench for the returning Zak Lovelace, where he is joined by Lewis Budinauckas, Bailey Rice, James Graham, Kieron Willox and Alex Kpakpe, who makes his first appearance in the matchday squad since joining the club earlier this week.

RANGERS: Pazikas, Harkness, MacKinnon, Yfeko, Fraser, Strachan, Lindsay, Allan, Young, Lyall, Ure

SUBS: Budinauckas, Kpakpe, Rice, Graham, Lovelace, Willox
