The young Gers secured their passage to the next round of the SPFL Trust Trophy in midweek, with Lewis Budinauckas, Adam Devine, Leon King, Johnly Yfeko and Josh McPake coming into the side from the victory over Spartans.
It means Budinauckas returns between the posts, behind a backline of Devine, captain King, Yfeko and Robbie Fraser.
The midfield trio is unchanged from the previous two outings as Bailey Rice lines up alongside Arron Lyall and Ross McCausland.
In attack, Thompson Ishaka will look to continue his fine goalscoring form after netting four goals in as many games this term, where he is supported by Zak Lovelace and McPake.
Among the substitutes for the Gers in Manchester are Mason Munn, Zander Hutton, Greig Allen, Connor Allan, Jamie Newton, Mackenzie Strachan and Paul Nsio.
