Thank You James Tavernier

After a remarkable 11 years at Rangers, the curtain has now come down on captain James Tavernier’s time at the club following the end of the season.

Tavernier was presented with a commemorative plate by Rangers legend John Greig CBE in recognition of his outstanding service, leadership and contribution throughout his time at Ibrox.

He guided the club through some unforgettable moments, including a 55th league title, and the incredible journey to the UEFA Europa League final in Seville.

The right-back, who joined Rangers in July 2015, made a phenomenal 565 appearances, scoring 144 goals in that time.

Tavernier served as club captain for the past eight years and was inducted into the Rangers Hall of Fame in 2023.

Everyone at Rangers wishes James and his family all the very best for the future.
