This Week's Gers Guide

IN this week’s Gers Guide, the men’s first-team continue their Scottish Premiership campaign with two further outings, the women’s side play their final match of 2025, whilst the Under-19’s are also in action.

MONDAY

Rangers v Hibs – Scottish Premiership – Ibrox Stadium – Kick-off 19:45

The Light Blues will begin the week with a league fixture as they host the Edinburgh club in Govan this evening.

Danny Röhl’s men will look to continue making strides in their Scottish Premiership campaign as they target a third win over the capital club this season.

RWFC Highlights

Leanne Crichton’s side resumed their respective league campaign with a 3-0 success over Partick Thistle at Broadwood yesterday.

Rangers Under-19’s v Motherwell Under-19’s – CAS Elite League Cup – Rangers Training Centre – Kick-off 16:00

The young Gers will be in League Cup action for the first time on Thursday in their rescheduled game from last week’s postponement, when they take on a young Motherwell side in Milngavie.

Please note there will be no public ticket sales for the match, but we will provide the match lineup, as well as half-time and full-time updates on X @RFC_Youth, with highlights following afterwards.

FRIDAY

Press Conference – Hearts

Danny Röhl and a player will speak to the media later in the week to preview the team’s Scottish Premiership match away to Hearts.

Training Ground

The Head Coach will put his team through their paces ahead of his side’s trip to the capital this weekend.

It continues to be a busy run of games across the festive period for the Gers, as they look to build momentum towards the new year.

Aberdeen v Rangers – ScottishPower Women’s Premier League – Balmoral Stadium – Kick-off 13:00

Crichton’s Gers side are in action for the final time this calendar year before the winter break kicks in.

Aberdeen are the opponents, as they make the long trip north hoping to secure a fifth win on the spin to end 2025 on a high.
