The Light Blues boss made it eight Premiership games unbeaten under the German, with a 1-0 win over Hibernian courtesy of Manny Fernandez’s first-half header.
Röhl thinks the fans have a huge part to play going forward, and while he knows the performance wasn’t perfect, he was delighted with another victory.
Speaking to RangersTV, he said: “The most pleasing thing is the three points against a tough opponent.
“I am happy that some players, like Dujon Sterling, Findlay Curtis and Clinton Nsiala got minutes.
“The win was fully deserved. It is important to understand that in the first half, we lost control for 15 minutes or so, but in the end, we have to be clinical, as then you can make it two or three nil.
“We had chances, but in the end, we put in exceptional effort. It wasn’t always nice, but we worked so hard and deserved to win.
“Football is about results and winning games. Hopefully, in the future, we dominate games, but if you ask me about dominating a game and we draw, or win like we did against Hibs, I would take this result.
“The fans had a good feeling in the stadium when the team needed them.
“They were patient, and we felt that, if we put everything on the pitch and the fans help us, we can create an energy in the stadium.
“That should be our goal, that teams fear coming here if we can take it step by step.
“We have six wins and two draws in the last eight, and I am happy.”
Sterling made his first league start since April, ironically against the Easter Road side, alongside Fernandez and Nasser Djiga in defence.
The Light Blues travel to Tynecastle to face Hearts on Sunday, but they will have to do without the on-loan Wolves defender as he represents Burkina Faso at the Africa Cup of Nations.
Röhl will assess his squad before the trip to the capital, and he was thrilled his defence recorded another clean sheet.
He added: “At the moment in Europe, we can’t get clean sheets, but we need a minimum of one goal to take something.
“If you win 1-0 in the league, it is good, getting a clean sheet, and we can enjoy it.
“We can rest now, but we have a big game ahead of us against Hearts.
“We will see who is back and if anyone who missed out today is available. Nasser will miss Hearts, so we have question marks at the moment.
“I have to make decisions, and I will make the best ones I can for the club.”
