The USA international provided two assists after the interval to complete the team’s comeback, meeting James Tavernier’s corner to set up Ryan Jack’s leveller before teeing up Alfredo Morelos just five minutes later.
Speaking to RangersTV after the victory, the midfielder commented: "In the first half we didn't play to our level, but in the second half we did a better job while playing with a higher intensity. We came here for the three points and that is what we got.
"The manager found the right words at half-time. We really wanted to win and I'm glad we done that. I try to always have fun on the pitch and I'm glad that I could help the team.”
Tillman and Tavernier were at the heart of both goals in the second period, with the 20-year-old crediting his relationship with the Gers captain while reserving special praise for the Ibrox support this evening.
He continued: "I always look up to him [Tavernier]. He's one of the most experienced players so I'm happy to work with him. We have quite a good connection.
"It's always amazing to have these kind of fans behind you. They always push us forward. We're glad to have these kind of fans and we hope that they enjoyed it."
