Vignal has had four-weeks to work with the Rangers Women’s side in preparation for the start of the second-half of the season.
The women are back in competitive action on Sunday as they travel to K-Park to take on Celtic.
The Gers boss said: “I think we have had a strong pre-season and the girls have worked really hard so I am really happy and really positive about the last four weeks.
“It is a big game, it is a good game to play and hopefully really enjoy. Of course it is against Celtic but I am focussed on the next four months because it is very important for the new project.
Vignal is hoping to bring his winning mentality to the women’s side and is focusing on the next four months to continue to improve.
He added: “It is always important to win and to get that mentality as a winner week in week out that is why we are playing or coaching for a big club so obviously this is something I want to bring to the club.
“Like I said when I first came it is really important to use this four months to improve everything and I am really happy because we have got sport scientist full-time and that has a big impact and you can see the difference already when we are working in the gym so this is something new but for me from now until the end of November is so important and after we will see where we are.”
