The Gers maintained their unbeaten start to life under Philippe Clement, both domestically and in Europe, while they sealed their place in the Viaplay Cup final.

John Lundstram – The midfielder has been a central figure under Clement, providing bite and energy in the engine room.
Playing every minute so far under the Belgian, the 29-year-old has been an ever-present across all competitions.
James Tavernier – The captain enjoyed a memorable goalscoring month as he fired his side into the Viaplay Cup final with a two-goal performance against Hearts at the national stadium.
Indeed, the full-back netted five times across the month of November, which also included crucial strikes against Dundee, Livingston and Aberdeen.
Jack Butland – The goalkeeper continues to grow from strength to strength between the posts at Rangers.
Having scooped the Player of the Month award for October, the 30-year-old continues to provide a calming presence and has shown both domestically and in Europe that he’s capable of producing pivotal saves.
Ross McCausland – It was a month of firsts for the 20-year-old as he celebrated his first Rangers start, goal and senior Northern Ireland call-up following a breakthrough period under Clement.
The Academy graduate penned a new long-term contract at the club in November and he wasted little time in making his presence felt in the Europa League, springing from the substitutes bench to net the equaliser against Aris Limassol at Ibrox.
Danilo – The Brazilian has become a fan favourite at Ibrox since his arrival in the summer and made an immediate impact under Clement following his return from injury in October.
The 24-year-old continued his goalscoring run last month, netting in the victories over Dundee and Sparta Prague.
