May Cruft
The youngster continues to make real strides amongst the Rangers ranks in her first season involved fully in the first-team. Signing on professional terms back in July, she has gone from strength to strength in the Gers’ midfield under the guidance of Leanne Crichton at still just 16 years of age.
She started all four outings throughout March, with the Light Blues’ standout moment seeing them overcome Glasgow City to inflict a first league defeat on their opponents and keep themselves right in amongst the title picture at the top end of the table.
Camille Lafaix
Camille has enjoyed her most consistent time of the season to date and is enduring a run in the side to help the Light Blues challenge at the top end of the table.
Having come on as a sub in the first two March outings, two starts followed, including a strong showing in the 1-0 league win over City before earning a spot in the Sky Sports Cup final, where the Gers ultimately fell just short in the pursuit of their first piece of silverware on offer this season.
Katie Wilkinson
The top goalscorer continues to go from strength to strength in the Light Blues ranks as she continues to be the Gers’ main source of goals at the top end of the pitch.
She found the back of the net in all four outings in March, first getting on the scoresheet in both trips to the capital in the back-to-back outings against Hearts and Hibs. The number 44 then struck the decisive blow from the penalty spot to inflict a defeat on City in stoppage time before halving the deficit in the cup final with the Gers falling to a 2-1 defeat at Fir Park.
Kim Shin Ji
Having been involved in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup early in the month for her country, where she helped them to the semi-finals, the Gers’ fans' favourite made her return to club football as she continues to impress the support with her displays.
Back in the lineup for the City game, she played her part in a huge three points for the Light Blues as they continued to claw back the points gap at the top and endure a strong end to the month in league action, before she was named in the side for her first cup final for the club that ultimately missed out on silverware at the home of Motherwell.
Nicola Docherty
The captain continues to be a mainstay in the Rangers ranks, showing consistency and leadership as she looks to lead the team to the remaining two trophies available this season.
Another who started all the outings last month, her standout highlight was leading the team to a vital three points and a clean sheet against Glasgow City to remain in pursuit of a first title since 2022.
