The candidates for the voting for the winner are as follows:
Mia McAulay
Mia was ever-present for the Gers throughout November as she enjoyed a fantastic run of games for the Light Blues.
Despite a defeat to begin the month in the capital, the young winger did provide an assist and got herself on the scoresheet during a 3-2 defeat to Hearts before she helped the team book their place in the Sky Sports Cup semi-finals with a win over Partick Thistle at Broadwood.
The youngster’s highlight followed, with a fantastic Old Firm derby display at Ibrox, where she provided the assist for the second goal before a brilliant individual strike saw her fire in the winner in front of the home faithful to score her second goal in the fixture this season.
Katie Wilkinson
The striker continued her consistent displays for the Gers throughout the month as they got better as November went on to make strides in their domestic campaign.
After the defeat in Edinburgh, Leanne Crichton’s side responded by taking a step closer to retaining the Sky Sports Cup before Wilkinson made her mark in the derby once again with a cushioned header at Ibrox on a special night under the lights in the iconic stadium.
She then got the team going in their final outing of November at K-Park, opening the scoring in a 3-0 success over Motherwell.
Laura Berry
Laura continues to make real personal strides amongst the Rangers ranks in what has been a breakthrough season for the youngster in the team.
Starting all four matches in the month, she was part of the side that responded to the league defeat by finding the back of the net and providing an assist in the Sky Sports Cup quarter-final win over Partick Thistle.
A special moment followed for the 18-year-old, who netted her first-ever Old Firm goal on their way to victory before dispatching a fantastic strike into the Motherwell net as she rounded off the scoring against her former club in East Kilbride.
Eilidh Austin
Eilidh has been another academy graduate who is enjoying an impressive breakthrough campaign with consistency in her displays.
Following the defeat in Edinburgh, the defender played her part in the cup win, rounding off the scoring on the day whilst helping the team keep a clean sheet.
A derby assist for the equalising goal followed before another was to come in the victory over her former loan club Motherwell, as she continues to make strides in the team this campaign.
Jess Pegram
Jess was also an ever-present in the team throughout November as she started all four outings in blue, where she continues to learn in her first season in professional football.
The team responded to their setback in the capital, with the defender helping the side keep a clean sheet during their cup last eight success in Cumbernauld.
She got her second taste of derby action under the lights in the middle of the month, as the team claimed the bragging rights once again. Before the K-Park victory followed with the young centre-back was rewarded for her form with a first-ever England Under-20’s call-up and cap during their friendly matches.
