The youngster outlined his delight with the way in which the squad carried out their game plan to get the three points.
Speaking to RangersTV following their 3-2 victory against James Orr’s side, he said: “I say we won tonight’s game through high energy levels and wanting to win, we had a great team spirit to go on and score the last minute winner.
“I thought we had to be more switched on in some moments, other than that I thought we dominated the game. We came into this match with a lot more composure and control to dominate.”
Weston continued by underlining his excitement to get back on the scoresheet this evening after netting two of the three goals.
He added: “Scoring goals is a big part of my game, I’m pleased to score two goals but there are such high standards at this club I should be scoring three.
“You’ve got to put on 110% for the full 90 minutes and if you don’t, you’re going to get beat.
“The lads are buzzing to be playing so many games because that’s what we wanted at a young age, you need to be playing games to maximise you’re potential.”
