Chairman Andrew Cavenagh, Chief Executive Jim Gillespie, Executive Director Fraser Thornton, Chief Operations and Communications Officer Greig Mailer and Head of Supporter Engagement Greg Marshall joined fans for an open discussion at Argyle House.
Members of the Fan Advisory Board attended alongside representatives from supporter organisations, fan media and independent supporters.
With no fixed agenda, the session gave those attending the opportunity to raise the issues that mattered to them and hear directly from the club.
Discussion covered the start to the season, the club’s ownership and longer-term direction, ticketing, retail and plans to improve Ibrox and the surrounding stadium footprint. Supporters also raised stadium facilities, safety and the support available to Rangers Supporters Clubs.
The Chairman reflected on the disappointment of European elimination and the improvement in recent performances, emphasising that nobody at the club is getting carried away and that the focus remains on taking one game at a time.
Continued improvement, both on and off the pitch, was a recurring theme throughout the conversation.
The club also outlined ongoing work on digital ticketing and stadium developments, with consultation, testing and feasibility work helping to shape the next steps.
The roundtables form part of the club’s regular engagement with supporters, alongside the Fan Advisory Board, various working groups and meetings with the RSA, NARSA, ERSA and ORSA.
Further sessions will take place throughout the season. Supporters do not need to belong to a fan group or organisation to take part and can register their interest in a future roundtable here.
