On a night the Gers competed well, they ultimately fell to a two-goal defeat to Hammarby in Europa Cup qualifying in the first leg in Stockholm.
Speaking to RangersTV to give her reaction to the match, she commented: “I think it is really disappointing, obviously to concede the goal at the death as well.
“I think on another night decisions maybe go our way, but I am so proud of the girls.
“The way we have dug in, we have put a good account of ourselves. We know it is only the first leg and we have got another leg to look forwardtoo.
“It is a frustrating night but it is one that we'll reflect on, but we have got another game at home in a few days to really bounce back before we go again in the second leg.
“There was bodies on the line, everyone we were trying to really keep the goals out and look we're playing against a top side.
“A team that has played in this competition and have done well.
“I am really proud of the group and how we stuck at it, we have got another leg and it is not over yet.
“We know that we have had moments of quality there that maybe could have hit the back of the net. That we'll analyse and really reflect and look to go again.
The number 26 says it is the types of nights you want to be part of as a player, as the team now ready themselves for the first Old Firm encounter of the season.
She added: “We want to be playing these types of games. We don't play football not too. I would much rather be playing games like this personally.
“It really challenges us as a group and as a collective and the staff at the side trying to solve different things. It is only going to make us better for the season, these are the types of games that really test your character and what you are about as a player.
“The group tonight can be so proud of themselves and it is just one that we'll now go again and recover and go again on Sunday against our rivals.
“You don't need to get yourself up for these games. It is disappointing but when you look ahead the games that we have coming up are so exciting.
“These are the games that as a player you want to be playing in and representing this club on this stage.
“To go in on Sunday to play against your rivals to then play against this team again. We couldn't ask for anything better, hopefully we can reflect and get a positive result.”
