Rangers confirmed the signing of Fallon Connolly-Jackson on a two-year deal in July 2025.

The full-back joined from Sheffield United as a free agent following the expiry of her contract with the English side.

Fallon is a product of the youth academy of the Women’s Super League 2 club, having made her debut in a Barclays Women’s Championship match in September 2023.

She went on to make several more appearances across all competitions, doubling her role as a starter at left-back for the Under-21s.

Last season, since becoming a first-team professional, the defender took on a more prominent role, starting several league games, as well as an FA Cup match against Women’s Super League opposition, putting pen to paper on her first pro deal with the club in September 2024.

She is a Scotland youth international through allegiance of her grandfather, and she has made several appearances for the Under-19s squad, scoring in a 4-0 win over the Czech Republic in a UEFA Women’s Under-19 League A Round 2 back in April at Broadwood.

She has also been rewarded for her end-of-season form with a call-up to the Scotland Under-23s squad following the conclusion of the domestic season, featuring in a friendly match against Iceland in May.

Connolly-Jackson featured in all of Rangers’ pre-season friendly outings, before making her debut in the opening-day success over Montrose last season, before being unveiled to the home faithful for the first time in a match at Ibrox against Hearts in August 2025.

Minutes were limited throughout during her first season in blue, acting as an understudy to captain Nicola Docherty; she featured on 17 occasions, including seven starts. 

Connolly-Jackson then made her Champions League debut for Rangers off the bench in the win over the Czech side in August 2026, before a first start in the competition followed against Ajax three days later.
