Player Biography

A product of the club’s academy, Lily has been continuing to learn within the Rangers ranks, having progressed through the system with opportunities at first-team level arriving throughout the second half of the last campaign.

Having travelled on the club’s pre-season tour of Valencia in the summer of 2024, the youngster was handed her debut in a Scottish Cup victory in December the same year before gaining valuable experience on loan at Queen’s Park in the second half of last season.

Another loan spell followed, this time in the top flight with fellow SPWPL side Motherwell in the first half of the current campaign, before being recalled by the Gers in January 2026 to become a full-time member of the squad.

Boyce has also featured for her country on the international stage, often captaining Scotland at Under-16 level whilst also featuring for the Under-19s in their most recent European Championship qualifying campaign.

Having featured in key matches during the second half of 25/26, including the Scottish Cup semi-final success and starting the final Old Firm league win, Boyce was rewarded with her first professional contract as she agreed terms on a three-year deal in Glasgow.
