Badredine Bouanani signed for Rangers in the summer of 2026, on a season-long loan deal from VfB Stuttgart.

The 21-year-old began his development in the youth system of his hometown club Lille, before joining OSG Nice in 2022. He gained further senior experience on loan at Lorient in the second half of the 2023/24 season, before returning to Nice and featuring regularly.

Bouanani joined Bundesliga side VfB Stuttgart in the summer of 2025, featuring 28 times in his first season in Germany, including in the UEFA Europa League.

The winger represents Algeria at international level, making his full debut in March 2023.
