The Light Blues produced a convincing 3-0 victory in the final Old Firm contest of the campaign last time out, underlining the continued improvement under the Gers boss.
Speaking to the media ahead of Sunday afternoon's visit to Easter Road to face Hibernian, Beale commented: "It's a happier place when you win a game like that. I thought the fans in the stadium enjoyed the game, as did the players. It proved a point in terms of the mistakes that we made in previous Old Firm matches and the lack of chance conversion, because we certainly had more possession in those games. The players performed well on the day, and they played with passion and ran hard. Rabbi and Fashion Jr.'s pace was a real problem in the game for our opponent. I thought it was a good performance all round.
"Every player in our team performed well on the day, but I don't want to go overboard. It's just three points and we know what stage of the season that it's in, but certainly if you look at the two prior games, we were heading in the right direction in these matches and it was a matter of being ruthless in the boxes.
"We've lost two of our young players in Zak Lovelace and Bailey Rice who have gone away with England and Scotland respectively to the Under-17s European Championships. There will be one or two others coming round and getting an opportunity. There are players who have been injured for large parts of the season that need an opportunity.
"We're going to need everyone, we have 16 players to get us through the three games next week. We want to end the season well. We know the teams that we're playing this week are still in the hunt for European places, so they're not slowing down. It's important for us after two good home wins against Aberdeen and Celtic that we back that up this weekend."
Positive news has followed off the pitch at Ibrox this week, with Ryan Jack penning a one-year extension to his current deal.
Captain James Tavernier is also set to mark his 400th appearance in a Rangers jersey, on the same pitch where he made his competitive debut for the club back in July 2015.
On both of the players, Beale said: "When I came back in and assessed the squad, Ryan is a big part of our squad behind the scenes. He is a national team player and he is homegrown. With a lot of experience leaving this summer, it was important that I have someone like Ryan in the squad. He's been available for over 80% of the games since I've come back in. He performed really well again last weekend, and he performed really well for Scotland during the last international break. I'm delighted that he's staying around for a bit longer.
"[For James], when I came to the club in 2018 as one of the assistant coaches, he had inherited the captaincy before we came in and we kept it. He certainly was a captain in terms of his performances on the pitch, but there were people around the building who were stronger in terms of personality.
"Five years later and all those appearances, of winning and losing, playing 70 games in Europe, he's a completely different boy. He's at a different stage of his career and life. He's a different type of leader now, not only on the pitch but in terms of standards, so he's really important. He's one of the three or four players who will remain this summer that has saw a lot of this club, so therefore their importance goes up yet again.”
