The striker found the target on five occasions in an impressive afternoon’s work as she continues to work her way back to full fitness following a serious knee injury.
Speaking to RangersTV after the match the forward said she was pleased with the result and helping the team pick up where they left off in the SWPL.
She said: “Obviously we are happy to get the three points and happy to score 10 goals as a team. I think we probably could have been a little bit more ruthless at times and had a few more goals but we are happy to get the result and the three points.
“I probably should have had a couple more to be fair, but it is obviously great to be on the scoresheet and to score five I am happy with that.”
The 34-year-old says it is such a good team to be a part of at the moment with the Light Blues finding the back of the net on 22 occasions in just two outings since the start of the new year.
She continued: “It is important that we have got goals coming from all areas of the pitch which is fantastic to see. I think when we combine and we play well together then it is enjoyable and creative and good to be a part of.”
The forward also got her first 90 minutes under her belt since making her return and said it was good on a personal level as the team now switch focus to their Old Firm clash in five days time.
She added: “I am happy to have started the game and to have my first 90 minutes coming back off the injury. It is very pleasing and I am happy about that.
“Now obviously Dundee United that game is out the way. We are in tomorrow so we will focus on recovering and our preparation will start for the game against Celtic on Friday.”
