The midfielder featured for the first time since December in the most recent Scottish Cup victory over Hibs as she continues to work her way back to full fitness.
Speaking to RangersTV as the two team’s prepare to face off in SWPL action tomorrow afternoon at Broadwood, the youngster wants to continue getting back up to full speed in the upcoming matches.
She said: “I think it came at a bit of a frustrating time. I felt like I was just hitting the ground running a little bit and it came just after Christmas.
“Unfortunately I was out for a couple of months but I feel like I am getting back up to speed now and hopefully I can build back on from where I was at Christmas.
“I think I accepted it pretty quickly. I knew when it happened it wasn't like a shorter term injury.
“I accepted it pretty well; all the girls were really supportive about it.
“I went back home to rehab for a bit which was nice to be around family and stuff.
“The time went really quick actually and I was back on the pitch in no time.
“It takes time to get back into it. I put pressure on myself to obviously be back up to speed straight away but I know that is not realistic.
“Getting minutes here and there has really contributed to that and training week in week out will help me get there.”
The Brighton loanee reflected on last Sunday’s silverware success and says it is one of the reasons why see chose to make the temporary move north of the border last summer.
She continued: “It was an incredible day; the celebrations lasted a really long time.
“I am really glad that I got to be involved and a part of it.
“This is such a special team and hopefully we can push on and win some more trophies this year.
“That was definitely part of the reason, there was other reasons also.
“But definitely the opportunity to compete for silverware and be in a club like Rangers who have had a history of winning as well. That was definitely a big draw to come here.”
Bance has encouraged the Gers to push on from the picking up the trophy in the capital last weekend as they now target a positive result heading into the international break.
She added: “This is the third time that the team have played them this month. We have obviously prepared for them a lot already this month let alone this season.
“We know their strengths; we know their weaknesses and we can watch footage back from two games to be able to push on against them and hopefully give them a really good go and pick up three points.
“We celebrated really well but I think now we just need to put that behind us because we have still got a bunch of games to continue playing.
“This is a new fresh week against a new opposition. Obviously we can't be complacent, we know what Hibs bring.
“They are a great side but we also know that our strengths can dominate them as well. Hopefully we can use that and pick up three points.”
