The Light Blues lifted the Viaplay Cup under the Belgian's tutelage in December and Saturday presents an opportunity for the Gers to lift a 35th Scottish Cup in the history of the club.
Speaking to the media ahead of Saturday's Old Firm showdown in Mount Florida, Clement commented: "Everything can be decided in a split-second in these types of games, so you need to be switched on all the time.
"I feel a lot of energy and desire in the team to end the season in a really good way.
"There have been good steps made, but there have been things lost along the way.
"We need to solve that next season and build on that, but it's an extra boost if you have two trophies.
"It's always more than a trophy in this country between the two clubs.
"Of course, we wanted to have a better preparation in the last 6-8 weeks, but it's been difficult with players falling to injury.
"It's about this moment, whether it's 90 minutes or 120 minutes and penalties, to give everything with the whole squad.
"I think even a few of the guys want to come on the pitch with crutches!
"We're going to go hard with the team and with all the energy in the building.
"We need to focus on the now and grab this moment. If I look back on the three Old Firms that I’ve been in charge of the team, we haven't grabbed the moments.
"I want to have a better start to the game and to work out of that."
The Belgian has been in charge for three Old Firm fixtures, with Rangers having been reduced to ten men twice at Parkhead.
In the other, the Gers fought back from a 2-0 half-time deficit to rescue a point, and Clement is fully aware of the improvements his side must make to prevail with silverware.
He continued: "We've always been close; it's been one goal within it and a draw where we came back from 2-0 down.
"It's now about taking these moments and be better than we were in those games. I want to see more quality from the team.
"For sure we will need everyone because it won't be the same XI ending the game who start the game.
"We need to have a better beginning to the game. We worked on that the last time, so we need to work on that a different way. Let's go full to have a much better start.
"We have looked back at the last six months since I've came in; we've spoken as a club and it's why we want to make things better next season.
"But of course, winning two trophies is better than one, and it's better to win an Old Firm than not."
