The candidates for the voting for the winner are as follows:
Eilidh Austin
The young full-back continues to impress amongst the ranks Rangers in what has been a real breakthrough season for the academy graduate at the club.
She started all three games in the final month of the year, beginning December impressively with a hat-trick and assist in the Scottish Cup win over Renfrew to see the Gers progress in their defence of the trophy.
Two further starts were to follow, as she helped the team to two further wins in SPWPL action, registering an assist in the win over Partick Thistle.
Jodi McLeary
Jodi continues to be a mainstay in the Gers midfield since the appointment of Leanne Crichton back in the summer as she started all three outings once again in December.
She firstly helped the team book their place in the next round of the Scottish Cup, as she looks to be part of the side that goes deep in the competition, once again having won it in each of the past two seasons.
McLeary then started the outings against both Partick Thistle and Aberdeen, with two wins and two clean sheets following as the Light Blues ended 2025 on a high.
Laura Berry
Another player who is enjoying a real impressive run in the Rangers team, Laura has made a place in the forward line her own in the first half of the campaign.
She registered both a goal and assist in the Scottish Cup win, as she looks to help her team go deep in the competition to try claim silverware come May once again.
Two further strikes and assists followed for the 18-year-old in the two league outings thereafter, as she ended the year on a high on a personal level and for the team.
Katie Wilkinson
Katie started the month in similar fashion by bagging a hat-trick to get her Scottish Cup scoring underway for the season in the win over Renfrew at Broadwood.
She continued that form into league action, as the number 44 found the back of the net in the wins over Partick Thistle and at Balmoral Stadium against Aberdeen.
Currently the top goalscorer in the division, the striker will be hopeful her goals make the difference to deliver silverware in the second half of the season for the Gers.
Shin Ji Kim
A real fans’ favourite in the first half of the season, Shin Ji put on further impressive showings for the Gers’ faithful to enjoy in December once again.
She was on the bench during the Renfrew win, but then contributed highly in the league outings that followed to continue the team’s good league form at the end of the calendar year.
A real highlight for the South Korea international came up in Aberdeen, rounding off the scoring for 2025 for the Gers to add a third on the day in 3-0 win directly from a corner.
