The double recognition reflects the collective efforts of the squad and staff, with Gers winning all five fixtures last month, four of those coming in the league.
McInnes’ men started September with a 2-1 victory away to Falkirk, before a 1-0 win at Ibrox against Motherwell.
A few days later, Bojan Miovski scored the winning goal against St Mirren, before an impressive 3-0 victory against Celtic at Ibrox in the Premier Sports Cup.
Gers rounded-off the month with another big performance and a 1-0 victory in the first league Old Firm of the season at Parkhead.

"Everyone plays an important part in preparing the players and helping them perform and a lot of that work goes on behind the scenes, so it’s good to be able to recognise their contribution.
“We had a fantastic run of results before the international break, and the players deserve great credit for their efforts too. We want to keep building on that and are looking forward to returning to Scottish Premiership action this weekend.”
With four clean sheets in September’s five fixtures, there have been some solid defensive displays from the team, with centre-back Makhanya impressing in his first few months at Rangers.
