A number of projects are taking place across the stadium footprint and surrounding areas over the coming weeks.
The commemorative bricks around the external concourses will be cleaned, while work will be undertaken at the east and west gates to tidy the surrounding walls, remove weeds and complete necessary repointing.
Surveys are also being carried out to establish costs for the potential repainting of the Main Stand roof structure.
Elsewhere, small-scale resurfacing works are being assessed, while larger sections of seating in the Club Deck and Enclosures are scheduled to be replaced over the next month or so.
Repairs will also be carried out to a number of roof panels on the west side of the Bill Struth Main Stand.
These works are being undertaken using a mobile access platform operating from the stadium footprint on the Broomloan Road side of Edmiston Drive.
Lastly, the remaining FILON cladding on the Copland Stand is being replaced, with work having begun on Monday, September 21.
Scaffolding will be erected in advance of the works to allow the project to proceed safely and efficiently. The cladding works are expected to take approximately two weeks.
Some additional roof replacement works on the Copland Road stand will also be carried out.
