Penrice joined the club on a season-long loan, with an option to buy, from AEK Athens in August 2026.

He came through the youth ranks at Partick Thistle before spending three years at Livingston in the Scottish Premiership.

A move to Hearts soon followed, where he enjoyed an excellent individual campaign and earned a move to Greece.

Having helped AEK to a league championship, he returned to Scotland with Rangers and made his debut against St. Mirren in League Cup action.
