Curtis is a graduate of the Rangers Academy having joined the youth ranks at the age of eight.

He made his first-team debut in January 2025 in Scottish Cup action, before joining Kilmarnock on loan in the second half of the 2025/26 campaign.

The 20-year-old was a standout performer in Ayrshire and earned a call-up to the Scotland squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
