Consultation and Engagement With Supporters
Rangers places a strong emphasis on consultation and engagement. The Disability Matters Group, established in 2015, consists of disabled supporters and Personal Assistants/carers representing a range of access needs, including those with physical, sensory, mental health and cognitive impairments. The group works closely with the Disability Access Officer and senior leadership to advise on access improvements.
This group meets regularly and its feedback directly influences policy, facility planning, and matchday operations. The Club also conducted the first Disability Equality Survey in Scottish football, with over 1,300 responses shaping an Accessibility Action Plan.
We continue to engage with wider supporter groups and individuals to ensure that diverse perspectives are reflected in our access strategy.
